The working principle of Chocolate Conching Machine:
The motor drives the worm gear reducer, the main shaft rotates clockwise, and the central pull rod pulls the combination of the umbrella-shaped tool holder, and the pointer or the ruler indicates the wear tightness of the knife face and the inner cylinder lining. When the chocolate formula raw material is put into the cylinder, the ingredients are stirred evenly by rotation, the slurry is centrifuged against the cylinder wall, and the scraper is pressed against the cylinder wall strip to repeat the operation to achieve uniform slurry mixing and emulsification dehydration. Operation instrument of Chocolate Conching Machine:
1.The chocolate conching machine should be operated in the direction of the arrow. It is not allowed to reverse. Before the test run, the coupling column must be removed to see if the motor runs in the direction of the indicated arrow.

3.After all the adjustments are normal, the cylinder must be preheated. Before the feeding, the oil should be placed first, then the powder raw materials should be poured, and the feeding should be repeated several times.
